Another solid performer, 16 was recently "stood down" from service, its last working being the 1338 Euston-Wolves on 060504 before returning ECS to WN and being put onto "the line". Its nameplates removed, it has now been moved to South Wales for cutting, having the misfortune of being the first 87/0 to be cut.
